I am requesting this userid with the approval of my organization's primary representative. Granting this userid will establish me as a CalConnect Member Representative AND as an Authorized CalConnect Virtual Test Lab (VCITE) Participant. My organization has agreed to the CalConnect Membership Agreement My organization and I agree to abide by the CalConnect Interoperability Testing Agreement. I will comply with these agreements and with the CalConnect Code of Conduct.
