The Calendaring and Scheduling Consortum publishes all of its work products as public documents.
All public documents are assigned a CalConnect Document (CD) number of the form CD yynn,
where "yy" is the year of initial publication and "nn" is serially assigned during the year.
A cover page is placed on each document containing the document CD number, document type
(see Document Types, version,
date of publication, and status, together with the source committee issuing the
document. The cover page also includes by reference the statement on Intellectual Property
Rights, Appropriate Usage, Trademarks, and Disclaimer of Warranty applicable to CalConnect
public documents, which may be reviewed at External (Public)
Document Disclaimer. Following the cover page, the document may be of any form appropriate to the type of
document.
In this document register, each published version of a document is listed by name with its version number
(note that web page documents will normally not have a version number).
On other pages, when a document is referenced and linked, the link will
only be for the current (most recent) version of that document and the version number
will generally not be identified.
When this registry was established, all existing documents were assigned CD numbers
and given new linkable entries. However in order to preserve any existing external links,
the "old" versions still remain and will remain at the previous URLs.
