iSCHEDULE Technical Committee

Charter

The iSchedule Technical Committee will develop a proposal for the Internet Scheduling Protocol (iSchedule) which will specify a binding from the iCalendar Transport-independent Interoperability Protocol (iTIP) to the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP).

Begin: June 2008
End: Undetermined

Milestones and Work Products To Date

  1. Recommendations for discoverability (included in draft)
  2. Recommendations for security (pending external decision to publish DOSETA)
  3. Internet Calendar Scheduling Protocol (iSchedule) submitted as Internet Draft
  4. Submit final draft to become Proposed Standard
  5. Develop Interoperability Test Suite
