CalConnect EventsCalConnect Weeks span Monday-Friday of a single week, and are comprised of
CalConnect may also hold special events such as Workshops or Mobile Calendaring Interoperabilty Test Events separate from its regularly scheduled CalConnect Weeks when necessary. A non-member may be an Observer at a single Roundtable to determine whether they wish to join. Members and non-members may be observers at a single IOP Test Event to assess the process and in particular to gain a greater understanding and optimize participation in future IOP test events. Logistics information for each coming event is provided as soon as possible after the preceding event is over. As the event gets nearer, schedules and topical agendas and registration links will be posted. Information about specific upcoming events may be found linked from the sidebar for this page, and for the home page. This information includes a logistics page and registration pages for the Roundtable, Interoperability Test Event, and workshop if one is being held. Information about how to register and pay for a CalConnect Roundtable or Interoperability Test Event may be found at Registration and Payment Options. This page is also linked from each logistics page. Following each CalConnect Week, a report of the event is posted to Event Reports and an edition of CalConnect Minutes, our newsletter, is published.
